If this is your name then i consider you to be a female .
There are many reasons for nose bleed.
Blood pressure is one of them and i think by now ER people would have checked it and i consider that i is normal and if not then the very first thing is that get your Blood pressure charting and get it controlled by antihypertensives.
Next, Get your bleeding time
,clotting time and Prothombin time with INR checked and if abnormal then get it treated accordingly like taking Vit. K injection or if you are on Antiplatelet drugs then stop them for some time and then you may start them after some time.
If you are an Alcoholic then ,,,stop drinking from today itself.
As you have recurrent bleeding You should consult an ENT specialist
specially when not bleeding and get done --
1. Diagnostic nasal Endoscopy
to rule out any bleeding prominent vessel and lesion/mass/ growth.
2. CT scan
of Nose and Paranasal sinuses
to rule out any lesion /mass/growth.
Do report back.
Get well soon.
