Have Nodules All Over Thyroid, Many More. On Many Medications. What To Do To Cure Everything?

I am a 53 year old woman who has been non-stop sick for years now. I have nodules all over my Thyroid. I have a mass on top of my left Adrenal Gland. I am constantly fatigued, my white blood count is usually high for no apparent reason. I also have cysts all over my cervix, uterus, ovaries. I have had my left knee replaced twice. I have had C-4 through C-6 fused, but need to have L-4 though S-1 fused as well. I have a huge hernia next to my Gastric Bypass scar. I had to have that fixed because it collapsed due to ulcers eating up the tube from my pouch to my small intestine. I have bone spurs in my neck where the surgery was, but the doctor did not remove them. I have COPD, RLS, IBS, and severe anxiety/depression. I am currently taking 11 prescriptions, but none of them are "curing" anything. I need help with so many different problems, yet because I am on Medicare, I cannot seem to get a doctor that can help me. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I also an allergic to almost every antibiotic out there. Thanks Donna

May Allah bless you and lots of prayers for you to get recover from so many miseries. I would advise you to go only for symptomatic treatment because too much medications will induce further side effects of the medicines.
I advised you the following things
Please get immediately done your thyroid test.
1.     Thyroid scanning
2.     TSH
3.     T3
4.     T4
If the nodule is hot or malignant, you need to remove it immediately by surgical procedure.
Similarly you need to go Adrenal hormones level in your blood for further treatment
High WBCs count is due to some inflammatory process going in your body.
Cysts all over your cervix, uterus and ovaries had to do nothing with your health. They remain silent for years. However, if they show some symptoms you need to remove them by surgical procedure.
For L-4 S-1 fusion I would advise you to defer the procedure, if you don’t have the symptoms.
Get Cervico-thoracic MRI done immediately to rule out any compression
No need to remove spur, just go for physiotherapy of the cervico thoracic region and adjacent areas.
For anxiety and depression I would advise you to take some Tranquilizers with the help of your local doctor starting from minimum dose.
Take fresh fruits and do light exercises in morning and evening.
Also keep yourself busy in healthy activities like studies, social welfare etc
Reduce your weight standardized, as per your height. In this regard you can get my guidance by sending me your height and weight
I am confident that your symptoms will get relief If you don’t get relief, plz let me know on, pakheim@gmail.com, pakheim@yahoo.com then I will guide you accordingly.
