Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,

The symptoms of multiple hard lumps in the breast, palpable lymph nodes, and discharge from nipples are alarming.
These symptoms are suggestive of carcinoma / cancer of the breast.
Underlying cancer of the breast can cause nipple discharge.
Certain investigations need to be done immediately.
A bilateral mammography and aspiration cytology of both breast lumps and lymph nodes need to be done.
Aspiration cytology of breast lumps and lymph nodes will sample the cells.
These cells will be stained, and examined microscopically for character of the lesion whether benign or malignant.
The cytology of nipple discharge should also be examined to look for cancerous cells.
Consult your doctor for clinical examination, investigations and management.

Thanks and take care
