Have Needle Pricking Sensation In Chest. Help?

i'm a nineteen year old female and since my childhood i've had needle pricking sensation in my chest but it were not so severe as of late... back then i could jump and dance around since i used to be a performer but lately conditions have grown worst..now i can even jump for more than five seconds..because if i do i get that chest pain which lasts for about a minute or so and during such times i just cant breathe!!!! can someone help me out???

Your history is too prolonged to be of any lung condition that may last since childhood.
Needle pricking sensation is generally seen in the context of pleural effusion but that wont last so long. However a pleural thickening due to some old infection can last forever and cause such kind of a pain.
I would want you to see a chest physician and get your xray chest done to see for any pathology.
In some cases a muscular pain can cause such sensations
