Hi welcome to HCM
your symptoms are suggestive of Acute kidney injury secondary to Diabetic nephropathy.Longterm diabetes mellitus leads to these complications.First get investigations like Renal function tests, serum electrolytes, blood sugars, urine microscopy, culture and complete blood picture. Also get your BP monitpred to rule out renovascular hypertension.Meanwhile take tab.pantop and ultracet, domperidone to releive your symptoms.Get an ultrasound abdomen.Depending on your serum creatinine treatment will be planned.Consult your nephrologist immediately for expert management.
Thankyou
