hi, im 22 and i had my period on the 4 of this month and sarted again today, im always getting nauseous before every period as well, my periods are also never the same can you please tell me why? i havnt changed my diet or workout methods there is no extra stress going on in my life. I do have unprocted sex with my husband but not that often due to my libdo has seemed to dissapear
