Have Missed Beats And Cough. Systolic BP 130. Diastolic BP 100. Pulse 88. Dangerous?

i am having missed beats with the urge of cough my blood pressure is 130.systolic and 100 diastolic it gets worse while lying down .is it dangerous pulse is around 88

it happens once in two minutes when i feel cough there is missed heart beat otherwise it is regular
ian 45 years old male and well built use to walk 30 minutes daily takes tea a lot

Thanks for writing to us. i would be more concerned about your cough and its cause rather than missed beats and a BP of 130/100mmHg
1. Missed beats are more often than not are benign. Moreover they are common in acute respiratory conditions (like you have cough, a symptoms of respiratory disease), those who take more of tea/coffee and many other conditions.
2. A systolic BP of 130 is OK but a diastolic BP of 100 is high. keep monitoring and if this trend is persistent discuss with your doctor.
3. What gets worse on lying down? Didn't get anything dangerous in your description. please rewrite with more details.
