your doctor has diagnosed you with lung tb and he is correctly treating you. The treatment of tb is 4 drug combination(being prescribed as forecox) for 2 to 3 months and if favourable response then reduced to 2 drugs for next 4 to 5 months. Duration of treatment is decided by treating physician depending on the progress. My advice is you take treatment as advised by your doctor because irregular treatment can result in drug resistant which is very difficult to treat. If you are having any symptoms either consult you physician or go to the nearest DOT centre or tb hospital so they can conduct tests to rule out drug resistant tb.

Hello

Thanks for the query

It would have helped me if you had told me what the initial symptoms were. You are receiving appropriate treatment for TB. You doctor has also shifted to long term treatment on time.
If you are suspecting a recurrence of the disease please approach your physician to give another sputum sample for TB.

I hope I have answered your query

Regards
