Have lumps on head. No pain. How to remove this?

I have two lumps on my head, one at the front of my scalp ~1cm diameter (middle of forehead , 1 inch into my hair) and the other at the back of my head (1/2cm diameter). No skin colour alterations, no pain, changes in size from day to day / morning to night but no pattern established. I have had them for about a year or two, the front one is bigger now than previously, the back one doesnt change much and i swear another one was forming but disappeared now. I tried sticking a pin in it (not advised i know) but nothing much happened. I was thinking i should use a syringe but didnt have one or maybe i should stop self treating myself with sharp tools... :) I have zero other health complaints and very active.
