Have Lump On The Hand. It Is Ganglion Cyst. Pointy Part On The Wrist Sore When Touched. Calcium Deposit?

Okay so a few months ago I went to the doctor because I had a lump on my right hand and he told me it was a ganglion cyst. Well just a few weeks ago I found a small pointy part on my bone on my left wrist on the inside of it. And I don't know what it is. I don't think it's a cyst because its very small and point and it doesn't move. It's not sore when I touch it but if I rub it it kinda hurts. My mom said it was probably a calcium deposit or something but I just want to make sure. And you can't see it, you can only feel it.
