Have Lump On Neck, Fever. Took Antibiotics. Have Shoulder Pain, Not Eating Much

Hi there, my son has a lump on the left side of his neck which he had had for a week accompanied by fevers. Started on anties on Monday and temperatures have ceased and lump has shrunk slightly. However today he has been complaining of left shoulder pain. He is pale and is not eating as much as he used to. Feedback would be greatly appreciated :)

get examined by a doctor as to nature of lump, where it is arising from / whether from lymph node ( common after acute infections),pattern of fever to be charted. CBC test for general information
