Have Lump On Anus, An Outside Pile With Earache And Sore Throat Due To Cold And Fever. Is It A Viral Infection?

I have 3 problems. 1st one i have a lump on my anus which the doctor said was an outside pile and if it didn't go away in 3 weeks to go back. Its been 5 weeks and its shrunk and isn't painful now do i just wait for it to completely go? 2nd problem, i had a horrible cold with bad ears and throat and my doctor said i possibly had a viral infection. The symptoms seemed to go then 2 days ago i had a high temperature all day with chills,upset stomach and was achy. Im feeling better but still have a terrible sore throat which i find hard to swallow things. 3rd problem, i went to the toilet to pass urine and i had a horrible strong pain after and found blood on the tissue which was light pink. This happened before a few weeks ago however ever that time was light brown both times have been a few days after sexual intercourse. What is wrong with me?

Thank you for the query.

1. Hemorrhoid can not be completely healed without surgery. So you can not expect it to disappear completely. It can get painless and less visible but if you want to have it gone, please consult general surgeon and consider removal.
2. Ear pain is usually caused by bacterial infection. This area is in very close neighborhood to brain and any infection of ear can lead to brain inflammation. That is why, antibiotic (Amoxicillin or Clindamycin) seems necessary.
3. Pain and/or burning while urinating, after urinating which appears after intercourse is most likely caused by urethra infection. Please have urine analysis and urine culture test to have it diagnosed.
