Have Lump Inside Anus, Yellow Discharge, Stomach Cramps. What Is It?

Hi im 27, male and i have a lump just on the inside of my anus . i have had the condition for roughly 6 months, and basically it only pushes out when i go to the loo, after wiping i check and there is a semi clear off yellow liquid. From time to time i also have extremely bad stomach cramps which are short and sharp, they sub side normally after 2/3 mins. any advice or idea what it might be?

This is likely an anal fistula, which is a connection between the skin around your anal region and the rectum. Treatment requires a surgical procedure call a fistulectomy or using a plug. I would advise you have this examined by a general surgeon as soon as possible
