Have Lower Abdominal Pain. Had A C-sec, Long Recovery. Have Pain, Bloating, Constipation. Treatment?

Hi, I have had lower abdominal pain for about three days now. I had an emergency cesarian almost 4 months ago and a long recovery due to infections, I mention this because I feel it could be the muscles. I'm not sure if it is muscle pain from my abdominals, or intense bloating. It wakes me up at night. I can feel a pulling sort of ache when I walk. Pressing on the area around my incision hurts. when i move around in bed or get up or down from a sofa it hurts like it did right after my cesarian, the scar looks fine although red still. and i do look bloated more than usual.
I'm a little constipated- but do have a bowel motion every day or every other day- although I do have to push hard (i know i shouldmt but otherwise not a lot happens), and I bleed quite a lot when it happens- it hurts so much, it feels like the anus is closing over or something and every time I have a bm I have to try to push through some kind of barrier. I dont have any wind and i get little relief after a bowel motion.
Some times I get a sharp pain like I'm about to have bad diarhea, but i dont, and then it passes. i havent eaten anything i dont normally eat or drink.
i hope you can help! jenna

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query,

Herbal tea is the most known home remedy for stomach ache. You can choose from variety of herbal teas that can help you soothe the pain. Sage is one option, you can blanch sage or you can buy tea bags of sage tea.

Another option to soothe the pain is to drink any tea you like, add a slice of fresh lemon into the tea, and 1 teaspoon of honey. Drink warm in small sips.

Vanilla is a good remedy for stomach problems. All you need to do is add vanilla and some sugar to a glass of warm water, and drink up. You will feel the difference in no time.

A very good remedy for stomach aches, especially if the cause is indigestion, is to eat a plain toasted bread and drink a cup of tea, any you like.

Drink one cup of cola or soda, the bubbles will help to get rid of the pain.

Put something warm on your stomach (not too warm so you won't get a burn), lie down to rest. You can put a warm towel by soaking it in warm water. Regards.
