Have Low Sperm Count, Small Penis And Suffering From Erectile Dysfunction. What To Do?

Sir I am 27 years old and after few months i will be marry but my penis size is 3” in lucid position and 5” in active but so loose and short size and my sperm count is low nearly 50 million /ml and I was masturbating several years in adolescence period and intercourse time is only few seconds please recommend any medicine which will be very very effective

Thank you for getting in touch with us. From what I see, you have been having problems with penile erection for sometime now. Your sperm count is normal and you need not worry about that. Erectile dysfunction at such a young age is mostly due to psychological reasons and lack of confidence. It can also occur if there is some other associate medical condition like Diabetes or Hypertension. But we would not be able to comment on that without knowing the exact details. You should get in touch with your Doctor and check for other medical problems. If nothing is there, then it's just in the mind. Hope this helps.
