Hello user, There are many methods to know the pregnancy status, and most easy of them is urine pregnancy test or UPT. There are urine pregnancy test kits available in market which requires few drops of your urine, and give you results within few minutes. But the problem of UPT is that sometimes it takes 1-2 weeks time to get result positive i.e. It gives false negative results for starting few days, as it depends on hormones of developing embryo,which takes time. The most surest method to know the pregnancy status is ultrasonography scan of lower abdomen and looking for gesiatational sac.
