Have Knee Pain, Back Pain, Swollen In Knee. Numbness When Sit In Wrong Way. Colonoscopy Shows Normal

I am a 54 year old female with my weight at 245 lbs. For the past couple of years I have been having intermittent knee problems. About 6 months ago I started having severe and constant back pain and my knee is now swollen constantly, hurts all the time, pops when I move it. Recently the pain has started shooting up and down my left (from my chin to my hip). And I have numbness if I sit the wrong way and in one spot too long. I go to sleep, toss and turn during the night b/c of the pain and wake up with back and knee pain. Per my family Dr. (due to other issues) I had a colonoscopy done. Everything is fine there. I don't know what to do about the pain anymore. My husband and I have started walking 4 - 5 days for the past three weeks. Some days I can barely get out of bed and walking is very difficult. I am having trouble sitting in one spot because of my back and often the numbness in my leg.

Rheumatologist 's  Response
it seems to be related to osteoarthritis, it would be a good idea to run an xray of your back and knee, and then to see a rheumatologist who could examine you and diagnose your condition properly.
