Hi,

You are having vitiligo.

And you are on one kidney...right?

Vitiligo is not serious condition.

It is just cosmetic abnormality.

You can live with the disease.

If it is wide spread, do not take treatment.

If it is active and new patches are developing, you take treatment to prevent further spread.

Take levamisole tablet for long time.

If there is few patches, you take psoralen tablet and apply psoralen containing lotion or tacrolimus ointment.

Take PUVA therapy.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
