Welcome to the forum. The infection is spreading and leaving dots because you are scratching. Avoid touching the affected area and do not scratch. Take warm wash at intervals when you cannot take the itching's any longer. Try to pat dry the area with a clean cotton cloth. Keep your labia majora and minora dry. Do not use scented or strong soaps or deodrants. Ttry using milder one's.
Antifungals like fluconazole may help but it may be more effective to use a vaginal suppository or vaginal tablets. You need to be clinically examined. You may apply oitments containing miconazole, butoconazole, etc.
To get rid of bacterial vaginosis take calciun rich diet and diet rich in iron. You should soon get well. I am there to help you. Don't worry the dots will go away slowly. Take care.
