Have Irregular Periods, Pain In Abdomen And Dark Yellow Urine. Should I Worry?

Hi am Noor I had my periods 15 days back and I had a little bleeding which lasted for 5 days, after my periods I had unprotected sex for 4 days, but the strange thing is I am having little bleeding from 2 days and have pain in my upper stomach , my urine has become dark yellow, please tell me whats wrong with my body is there any thing serious?

Welcome to the forum.

If you have a cycle of 28 days and the first day of your last menstrual period was 8th of February, ovulation most likely took place on the 19-24. Your chances of getting pregnant are slim. However, if you miss your periods, have a pregnancy test done. You can become pregnant if you mis-calculated your days or if you have irregular periods and are not sure of the length of your cycle.

Dark urine can be due to inadequate water and fluid intake, keep yourself well hydrated. It can be due to some food or medicine you have taken recently. It can be due to developing jaundice. You should get urine/blood tests done to rule out presence of bilirubin, that may cause liver ailments.

Avoid fried oily spicy food,take boiled, blanced food till you are not fit. You can take antacids to get relief from pain abdomen, it can be due to gas formation. Get diagnosed and treated well.
