Have Irregular Periods. Ultrasound Shows I Am 6 Weeks Pregnant With No Heartbeat. Guidance?
Im 23 yrs old .My lmp is 1/1/2013 and i have irregular periods due to poc problem , i done u\s yesterday it says im 6w0d pregnant and gestational sac measures 16.6mm but no fetal pole and heartbeat .. No bleeding .. my DR avised me to put hucog 5000 iu for two weeks and neet to take another scan at 8th week... im so scarry.. wat i can do to develop my babies heartbeat.. Please help me

As per your LMP, you should be around 7 weeks.
However, given your PCOS problem it is normal to have discrepancy between LMP and ultrasound findings.
At 6 weeks pregnancy, the fetal pole alongwith heartbeat is generally seen.
Given your history of irregular cycles, your doctor has correctly advised you to wait for another 2 weeks.
Take the medication as advised.
If a repeat scan after two weeks fails to show a fetal pole with heartbeat, then it is best to undergo a termination.
