Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Please consult an Infertility specialist at the earliest.
FIrstly, a diagnosis needs to be established for your irregular cycles.
Commonest cause is polycystic ovarian disease.
You should have the following investigations -
FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, OGTT, DHEAS, free testosterone, lipid profile, fasting insulin, AMH
ALso, baseline ultrasound scan, and follicular monitoring to check if you are ovulating.
If you are not ovulating, then ovulation induction for 6 months should be tried.
If this yields no result, then laparoscopy should be done to assess if the fallopian tubes are open.
ALso, take regular folic acid tablets and maintain a healthy weight.
Husband semen analysis is also a must.
take care.
