Have Intense Muscle Spasms, Leg And Feet Swollen, Tender To Touch. Not Able To Sleep Properly. Any Solution?

ihave intense muscle spamism, swellejng of the legs and feet along with tenderness of my lower legs, with indented areas with darken skin that is very tender to the touch. the pain with the mscle spamism are so intense and cant hardly handle it , this occurs while i am working and alot when im sleeping it awakes me for a sound sleep. what can do i need help?
