Have Hyperthyroid. Taking Medication And Follow Up Test Regularly. Can The Medication Be Stopped After Getting It Normal?

Hello I was diagnosed with hyperthyroid in january and was put on neomarcazole 30 mg a day . Post that every month I got my thyroid test done ..my t3 t4 levels got normal from the 1st mth..tsh was below 0.01 for 2 mths it was the same ..then in april t3 t4 normal range and tsh showed improvement and was 0.04 and this mth it is 0.15 ..a am still on 30 mg neo marcazole..
Is it possible to go off medication once the thyroid gets to normal and also my weight is an issue..I have not been able to loose weight despite of an effort..is this normal and will I be able to loose weight..

hello dear, welcome to healthcaremagic forum.It is little hard to believe that your thyroid hormone levels are high and you are not loosing weight, because people with hyperthyroid loose weight easily since their BMR is abnormally raised.
You cannot stop the medication without asking your consulting physician.
If you want some advice from alternative medicine branches, you can visist a good homoeopath from your area, and he will help you out.
