I have a hyperspadus. So the tissue around is sensative in general. I was really sick for week. After I had bad rash under side on inner button. It went away. But not long after my lee hole and little below is red and irratatide. The hole is red and swollen. No pain or itchy.no discharge. Only stings at hole when peeing. Also I'm a diabetic.

Hi and welcome to HCM,thank you for your query.
Both of your diagnoses cause higher risk of urinary infection which is probably cause of your symptoms. you should do urine analysis and urinoculture to verify the exact cause and microbe agent. then it can be treated by antibiotics. of course you should regulate your blood sugar and if symptoms persist you should do more detailed urologic work up.
Wish you good health. Regards
