Hi, Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HCM. It appear from your query that despite taking the hormonal pills you still have the hormonal imbalance persisting. Have you gone for any tests regarding the related hormones before starting the treatment or any time after that in last three months. If so, were the results compared with the previous one.Do you have obesity, menstrual irregularities or hair growth over chin or abdomen. The persistence of pimples suggest that you need additional treatment which can be discussed with the doctor. Please do not apply any kind of moisturizers or some creams which can block the pores. Maintain personal hygiene, wash the scalp at least three time per week. Hope it helps. With good health wishes, Dr Sanjay K Kanodia MD- Dermatology
