Have History Of Acidity, Burning Sensation In Esophagus, Dysentery, Abdominal Pain. Done Stool Test, Presence Of RBC. Suggest Diet

I am 37 year old guy.I am having a history of acidity for more than 2-3 years.. for past 1 months i am having mucus (as it comes in dysentery )( sometimes Mucus-Coffee or Dark red color) with kind of spume with my stool in the end.sometimes it becomes normal and in few days it starts again..sometimes I feel like something is slightly stuck in my lowest point of my throat (the point where we knot a tie) and burning in esophagus with heavy stomach.I fell slight pain in the upper Abdomen region. After bowel movement in the morning i do not feel empty completely.I also feel irritation and burning in esophagus if i take anything spicy( not every time generally in the morning). … I think i am in depression for last 3 months. Today I had a Stool test and report is as under : Physical Examination: Colour- Yellowish, Consistency- soft, Mucus Present(+), Blood- Negative, Order- Offensive,Reaction pH - Acidic, Occult Blood- Positive Pus Cells- 1-2/H.P.F Starch- Present (few) Vegetable Cells- Present (few) RBC - 2-4/H.P.F, Fat Droplets- Present (few), Epithelial Cells- Occasional, Ova-not found, Parasite-not found , Cysts- Not Found. My question is- . Is there any serous issue? What Medicines Should I take? What should be my diet.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be an allergic reaction to some of the foods , like milk and milk products like curd, buttermilk etc. gluten containing substances like wheat, barley etc. Or it may be an amoebic colitis.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist, for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
