Have high resting heart rate. On and off breathing. Pregnant. What to do?

I have high resting heart rate around 80-100. It used to be around 70. I have on and off shortness of breath. Pulse ox is normal at all times around 98-100, or the lowest at 96 at one point. I had chest x-rays, ct chest and ekg in March which were all normal. BMI is around 31. What should I do? I am also 13 weeks pregnanct, but symptoms started well before pregnancy in March.

High resting heart rate along with breathlessness (associated fatigue etc) might be signs of cardiac abnormality & needs proper evaluation.I suggest you to take a cardiologist opinion without further delay.Hope this helps.Take care.
