Have High Cholestrol, Uric Acid And Sugar. How To Reduce? Diet?

sir, today received my medical report.......it shows that i have high cholestrol, high uric acid and also high sugar....considering the above request you to please provide me a good diet (breakfast, lunch & Dinner) and also please let me know how i can reduce all three.
Total Cholestrol= 215 (S. Triglycerides=109, HDL=50, LDL=143, VLDL=22, TC/HDLC=4.3, LDLC/HDLC=2.9), S. uric acid= 7.95 , fasting blood sugar=105.0

Dear patient,

Thanks for your health concerns. Eating healthy is important for prevention of diseases, and hopefully in a gradual fashion you can improve those numbers. Some quick bullet points to decrease them:

1) Cholesterol: comes from animal sources, mainly saturated meats, dairy, poultry derivates, thus limiting these in your diet will help

2) Uric acid: it is a waste product of metabolism, so mainly decreasing the amount of protein in the diet, as well as alcohol will help

3) Blood sugar: this one is more complex. Elevated sugar when fasting is usually associated with insulin resistance, and weight loss, regular exercise in the aerobic form and reducing sugars and starch like products will help

You should eat 5 to 6 times per day; 3 main meals breakfast, lunch and dinner and 1 snack in between them (so usually makes 5 total). Before you start eating, increase the amount of fluid intake (eg. 1 or 2 glasses of water) to stimulate satiety; during breakfast eat fruit salads, and lunch and dinner shoudl contain a heavy green salad that you should eat after the initial beverage. Stay away from pop and sugary drinks. Rice and other starches you should not eat more than what fits in your palm at a time.
