how can i stay healty at at 65. i exercise 4-5 days a week high intensity low impact and yoga and lower body weights there is such a controversy over vitamins . i want to live a long productive life. i have high blood pressure boderline for years and asthma i am over weight by 50 pounds. i think i just answered my own questin

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. It is good to have such a determination regarding health. Fisrst of all you should avoid smoking and alcohol, you process of exercises is good, because asthma is one of the factors against regorous exercises.
I advise you to take more of green leafy vegetables pulses, sprouts, salads, to have iron, vitamins and anti oxidants necessory for health.
While taking meat and chicken take care there is not much of fat, you can take fish and other sea foods, which are less in cholesterol.
