Have High TSH Level, Been Exhausted, High B12 Level. On Cytomel And Synthroid. What Is Wrong?

I am on 10mcg of Cytomel 2x daily. My TSH is higher (which means more hypo right?) now then before I started any meds. In the past, I ve tried Synthroid alone (made my reverse t3 high) and Synthroid with a little bit of Cytomel. I m still exhausted all the time. Nothing has helped. Not even the Cytomel alone. My T4 is low. My ferritan is on the lower side of normal so should I supplement? My lymphs absolute is a little high. No clue what that means. My vite d and b12 are high because I take high dose supplements. I ll also post my 4x saliva test which was done a few months ago. I was on a low dose of Cytomel (5mcg) then, but had gotten off synthroid a month before the test was done. You have mentioned that your TSH levels are high that means your dose of oral thiroxine harmone is not enough and you need to increase it however this should be done under the supervision of a endocrynologist with proper formulation like Thyronorm etc. If You are overweight then youR DOCTOR would also check sugar along with insulin levels in your blood to rule out insulin resistence which is commonly associated with hypothyriodism.
Too much supplimentation with vitamines is not recomended however you can take iron suppliments. Your CBC test does not have significant abnormality.

Hope this helps
