Have high BP, Hypothyroidism. Take lisinopril? How to bring triglycerides down?

I am a female, 50 years old, 5 7 tall, 207 lbs, Blood Pressure 140/90, Hypothyroidism , take lisiprinol? (lowest dose) and livothyoroxine? 50 mcg, just recently had blood work done, Total Cholestrol 234, HDL 54, LDL 136, Triglycerides 218. How do I work on getting my triglycerides down. I find I eat healthy, Mostly eat pork, chicken or fish with fresh/frozen vegetables maybe have carbs 4 times a month (once a week), Red meat seldom, 2 to 2 times per month; what can I do to improve these levels?

to reduce trigyceride avoid food like ice creams , fruits like banana, mango , custard apple , red meat ,limit your intake of pork meat , avoid yellow portion of egg, avoid any form of sweets , in sea food avoid crabs and prowns ,apart from dietary precaution you need to required to take your thyroid medication regularly and in proper dose adjusted by thyroid profile test by your physician ,because hypotyroid state also cause change in levels of lipids including triglyceride
do regular walking , reduce your weight
