Have Heavy Breathing Constantly. What Could It Be?
I am a 19 year old girl and I have very heavy breathing almost constantly. it happens about 2-3 times a day that it becomes really hard to breathe, when I try to breathe out, it feels like there is something that stops, I can not get oxygen . it has been so for about a year, I feel it has gotten worse. what do you think it could be?

your problem is difficulty in breath out which happened in asthmatic problem you also not mentioned that either you have shown this problem to any physician & investigated or not .you only require only few investigations and inhalation thearapy according to report.
