Have Heat Problem In Stomach And Blood In Stools With Pain. Treatment?

I am facing heat problem in stomach from many a months and also I am getting blood in stools with pain while excreting. I was told by doctor that I have developed fissures and need to have more fibre rich food. however, I am drinking lot of water but i am passing lot of urine too. Thus I feel that i have lot of heat in my stomach and wants to get rid of it. please advice me what to do.

Heat problem in the stomach may implies gastritis, Usually the increased acid production in the stomach leads to the gastritis with feeling of acidity, pain, heat etc.

Avoid spicy food, drink a lot of water, try some antacids for quick relief.
