After reading your post, it seems that you should consider some changes in your lifestyle.
Following precautions will be helpful :-
1. Dinner should not be heavy. It should contain light healthy meal.
2. Avoid spicy and oily foods.
3. You should have a good breakfast. Only a glass of milk is not sufficient.
4. You should have dinner atleast 2 hours before goingto bed.
5. Do not miss a meal.
6. Avoid eating fast and avoid talking while having meals.
7. Emotional or mental
stress can increase acidity in stomach.
8. Drink lots of pure water daily.
9. Do regular exercise in fresh air in mornings.
You can take
antacid like
Omeprazole 40 mg along with
Domperidone 10 mg once a day before breakfast.
Antacid in gel form is also beneficial.
If the problem persists, get yourself examined clinically.
