Have headache, weird dizzy spells, shoulder pain. No medication till now. What is the reason?

Hi. OK, my daughter has been complaining of weird dizzy spells, she says it feels like her brain "whooshes" to the other side. Like wind moving thru her head. Usually precedes a headache. She had it once today also but this time in her shoulder followed by severe pain. These episodes are starting to scare her. Any advice? Thanks

Based on details need detail clinical examination and evaluation. Need to rule out seizure phenomenon(type of fit without loss of consciousness) in view of dizzy spells, preceding headache and now shoulder pain which are episodic and scary.

She may require CT scan brain ,EEG to rule out structural lesion
