Have Headache, Hot Feeling In Ear And Neck. MRI Of Neck And Brain Shows Loss Of Cervical Lordosis. Explain

I am 31 year old. and I am a programmer which makes me to work with computer more than 12 hrs.

Actually I am having head ache very often, so I went to do check up of my eyes since I work more than 13 hours on computer. he said my both eyes are good and not required any specs as well as eye pressure are normal.

but I use to get more head ache specially on one side of eye pain and head. which will transfer to other side of eye pain and head ache next day if I didnt take can pain killer tablet.

this kind of issues I get often when I get more work load or when I get tense. I also feel heat burning feel on my ear skin and neck at the time I get head ache and if I wash my ear, neck with water and pour water on my head, I use to get relief certainly.

I went to eye doctor many times in different time to check up but came out clean chit. He suggested to consult neurologist for further issues.

so when I consulted neurologist he suggested to do MRI for my neck and brain. result as below

•     No focal area of altered signal intensity is seen in the cerebral parenchyma, brainstem and cerebellum
•     Ventricles, sulci and cisterns are normal in size and symmetry
•     Intracranial vessels and dural sinuses display the expected flow void
•     Visualized paranasal sinuses are clear

Screening of cervical spine:

' Reveals loss of normal cervical lordosis. Mild posterior disc bulge is seen at C5-6 & C6-7 levels indenting thecal sac

so doctor said that there is no problem in brain and he said I have issues in neck. and need to get treatment for that and asked me to admit for 4 days whenever I get free time.

But I felt strange that I am suffering from head ache and eye pain along with burning neck and ears whenever I get tensed and get more load of work to brain. and never faced any issues/pain in my neck.

so i am bit confused can any one please explain me the report in detail

regards

vishwa

hi..
you have cervical spondilitis, due to long hours of working with computer in wrong position..
you need analgesics both oral and local applications..
see a physiotherapist for this, it works a magic.. take advice regarding regular cervical exercise from them..
try to change your seat, which has proper back and neck support..
all the very best..
