Have Headache. Taking Ibuprofen. Have Lump On Back Of Head. Swollen Lymph Node?

I've had a headache the last couple days that is progressively getting worse. I have been taking ibuprofen to help, which is no longer touching the pain. I was holding my head and found a lump on the back of my head, on the left side above my neck, pretty much ear level. I had a sinus infection a few weeks ago, could this be a swollen lymph node from that? And how do I make it go away?
