hi my name is bianca i am 32 and i have hoshimotos for the past 4 years. i have not felt well for over 5 years even though my dr says my labs are normal. i feel twice my age, cant think, sleepy but cant sleep, joint pain depression, dry skin mouth eyes and no sex drive at all, eye spasms and more.

Hi, every thing has gone as it should be , but you should consult your doctor periodically. As there may be variations of the harmone levels. and increase in weight and goiter in the neck are looked for .
Of course you are under the treatment, other things you should take care are diet. Take more of green leafy vegitables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods. Take fresh juice of palatable vegetables to make you comfertable. Thank you.
