Have Hard Stomach Under Breast Bone While Standing. Reason And Cure?
hello i am a 61 year old male , overweight . i have noticed over the last year or so that when standing or doing a situp my stomach is very hard right under the breast bone. when i sit up a football like protrusion surfaces..no pain..if i lay on my back or side... stomach gets soft? any ideas..thanks very much..email is YYYY@YYYY
