Have Had Cough, Running Nose With Blood. What Is Wrong?
I have had a cold for a couple days in which I blew my noise very often, after a while I started blowing my nose and sometimes some blood specs would come out which is kind of normal for me. But then I cleared my throat that same morning and some blood came out in my phlem. Is that from my nose? It is also very dry in my house.

First of all, you should not blow your nose forcefully. During an attack of cold the blood vessels in the mucosa will be congested. When you blow the nose, the small engorged blood vessels will rupture thus causing bleeding.
Use saline nasal spray to keep the nose moist and drink plenty of warm water, this helps in keeping the mucosa moist and stops bleeding.

i think this because of your sore throat in this skin become inflammed and thin,you should take ibu plus paracetamol combination three times a day with steam inhalation and lukewarm water for drinking.
