To get back your BP to normal range you have to follow certain lifestyle changes:
1. Remove stress
as much as you can.
2. Take a sleep of 6-8 hours daily.
3. Reduce your weight and maintain it according to your height.
4. Stop smoking
5. Avoid fatty and oily food.
6. Restrict salty diet. and do exercise on daily basis.
Now presently you have to go to your doctor for proper medication to get control over your BP. Once it is under control than by following life style changes you can reduce or stop your medication by consulting your doctor.
