Have Had PCOD. Why Is Period Irregular? Take Gestin Tablet?

hi doctor , i m priyanka from india. i m 30 yrs and having pcod since 8 yrs .i m mother of 3 yrs old daughter and want to plan my second child. my periods is irregular. my last period was 14 jul 2012. and doctor give me glyciphase 850mg but should i go for gestin tablet. in dec 2011 doctor suggest me glyciphage 500mg and gestin 1 tab daily 16th day of period for 10 days. should i go for gestin again. and how much mg of gestin i will take. pls suggest me. regards priyanka bhardwaj

if you want to plan for second child u have to take gestin 1 tb for 5 days if possible stop metformin ,do usg follow up for ovulation andat the time of ovulationdo the needful
