Have Gynecomastia, Movable Masses On Nipples, Puffiness. Is There A Treatment?

hello doctor,
i have gynacomastia since i was like 14...firm,movable rubbery masses in noth nipples which gives my chest a puffy looks....i am 21 now....i have suffered from this embarrasing problem eversince my teen years....it has caused me psycological problems....is there any treatment except surgery.....
note: my gyno is not much larger that i cannot even wear t shirt.....i wear t shirt also....but i have these rubbery mass God knows what is it....which gives both nipple dome shaped appearance....and puffyness....ever since i was 14......
