Have Gynecomastia. Ayurvedic Treatment?

Hello , im suffering from gynocomastia ( man boobs) my chest doest look good its more like female and my nipples are swore and puffy all time. It puts a psycological effect on me as all time i think is about my chest as im unable to gain confidence and change my shirt before any one and all i search on internet is that there is only a cure that is surgery which is very expensive also. So sir is there any cure in ancient ayurveda for this condition.please tell me of any .thank you

Gynecomastia can be treated by treating the underlying cause that resulting in enlargement of gland tissue in male breast ,

Surgery is not the only treatment option for Gynecomastia , I advice you to consult a Physician and get checked for Thyroid and Liver function tests. Hormonal imbalance can be found and is treatable to reduce size of enlarged breast.

Drug induced Gynecomastia is also common therefore consult physician if you are on drugs .

Danozol and Clomiphene is helpful in treating gynecomastia .

Also walking and exercises including diet modification and control has resulted in Reducing Gynecomastia.
