Have Gas Problem, Constipation. On VIBACT, RABI. What Can Help?
I am 24 year old and facing problem of digestion . I have been suffering for 2 month. In one days I goes to toilet 3 to 4 times. but not clear it well and forming gas, too. Also suffering from constipation problem. I am vegetarian and teetotaler. 2 days back I met to a doctor. He prescribed me two different medicine- VIBACT- IBS , RABI - D. I got little relif. But still I am facing constipation problem. Please suggest me about it.

you can continue the treatment that is given by your doctor.
for the period of constipation take plenty of oral fluids and leafy vegetables.
occasionally you can use laxatives like lactulose...before using please consult your ur local doctor
