Have Fluttering Feeling Ear Down Jaw, Recovering From Cold, Cough, Disturbed Sleep. What Is It?

I have also had strange fluttering feelings on the right of my face, from the ear down to the jaw. It feels as if someone is lightly skimming their fingers over my face, or as if a small insect has crawled over the surface. What can this be?
