Have Flutter Where Neck And Chest Meets, Lung Feels Numb While Breathing, Short Of Breath. Panic Attacks?
I have a flutter in my right side were neck and chest meet this happens everytime I breath in and my lung feels numb and it feels likmy lung is filling with mucus at the past few days I have been short of breath my heart has been pounding at bed time and I've get the shakes but only at bedtime. Could there be something wrong. My partner thinks I'm reading to much into it and it's just panick attacks. Please help x

Even i feel that there is nothing that should ideally cause any problem. You said u feel that the lung is filled with mucus but have you been able to get the phlegm out My be its just your assumption
However the best is to see a chest physician and get a CT scan of the chest so that everything is cleared
