Have fluid filled cyst on face. Could this be an allergic reaction to something?

I have a fluid filled cyst on my face along the right side of my nose . I get this on either side of my nose about once a year usually in the late spring or early fall. Could this be an allergic reaction to something? It stays around for a couple of weeks and usually goes down on its own or with several applications of a warm cloth.
