Have Fever, Sore Throat, Ear Ache And Tiredness

I am a 54 yrs old non smoker. I have been sick for over a month. I am very tired and exhausted. Sometimes I run a fever for a few days between 100 and 101. I have a sore throat, and sometimes an ear ache. I have a dry cough that does not produce anything. I also have thryroid disease.

Since you are sick for *over a month with all the symptoms tiredness, exhaustion, fever and dry cough, you need to have the following:
Proper clinical evaluation by clinical examination, investigations for getting close to the clinical diagnosis and proper treatments.
This alone can help you to get a proper diagnosis which is very important for an effective treatment.
It is possible that you have a chronic problem like typhoid or tuberculosis or sinusitis.
